While there are a million other sauce companies out there, we take pride in our recipes, our culture, and our mission. We chose the Flamingo as our mascot as it represents our upbringing in Hialeah. 

Although you can find great sauces in cities across the U.S. like Memphis, Austin, or Charlotte, our brand challenges that status quo and proves that great BBQ sauces can also be found right in our back yard. We are proudly and unapologetically from Hialeah, FL!
