We ship via U.S. Postal Service. Free Shipping does not apply to Animal Feed & Pet Food, Hay, Grills & Accessories, Saddles and Farrier Supplies, nor does their cost apply to the minimum order calculation. Free Standard Shipping is limited to the continental USA only.
Products labeled specifically as FREE SHIPPING do not require the $100 minimum to ship for free.
Local South Florida Delivery & In-Store Pickup
Certain products such as Hay, Animal Feed and Pet Food are available for Local Delivery or In-Store Pickup only. These products will indicate: LOCAL SOUTH FLORIDA DELIVERY AND IN-STORE PICKUP ONLY. These products may require a minimum purchase to be eligible for Free Local Delivery, otherwise additional delivery fees may apply. The Zipcode Area Chart below indicates the delivery area zipcodes, the delivery days and the minimum order requirements for Free Delivery, and the delivery fee when the order total is under the minimum. There is an additional $40 fee for Freight Forwarder deliveries in Miami.
When placing a local delivery order, please complete the fields for Phone # and Delivery Instructions as we will need to call to arrange delivery. Deliveries are scheduled for specific areas on specific days of the week. Be sure to use the delivery address in the Ship To address during checkout.
You cannot mix Local Delivery/Pickup items with USPS Shipping items in your shopping cart unless you want your entire order for Local Delivery/Pickup. If you want items shipped via USPS, order them separately.
In Store Pickup is available Mon - Sat from 8am to 6pm at 7650 SW 117th Ave, Miami, Fl. 33183 . The credit card holder must have their Order# and pick up the merchandise at the front register, and must show photo identification.
Orders for USPS Shipping are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive, unless an Express shipping method is chosen.
Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
Returns & Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date minus the shipping charges with the proper RMA.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund including shipping charges with the proper RMA. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
All returned merchandise will be inspected prior to providing a refund or exchange.
Some exceptions may apply to clearance or "as is" merchandise.
